EMPLOYMENT NOTICE No. 03/ 2010
Hindustan Prefab Limited (HPL), a profit earning Civil Engineering Organisation, is
looking for result oriented
CIVIL ENGINEERS – on contract basis initially for two years, for its projects in various parts of the country.
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH etc. as per rules.

Prescribed Requirements:
Parameters for engagement of engineers on contract basis for company’s projects all over India:
1. Engagement of Engineers on contract basis will be for the purpose of execution of projects all over India.
2. The duration of their contract will be initially for two years or till the date of completion of project
whichever is earlier. Extension will be considered on mutually agreed terms but only for execution of
projects.
3. Such a contract can be terminated by one month’s notice by either side.
4. Engagement will be on a consolidated salary as per parameters given below:-
